MARGAO: Nuvem MLA Mickky Pacheco who is back from jail has hit the headlines once again. Mickky has been warned by Judge Kalpana Gawas for his statement calling a part of the judicial system as ‘legal terrorists’.
“Mind your language Mickky Pacheco,” the judge said to Miccky for the statement he made to the Press.
The Judge Kalpana Gawas said “Mind your language Mr Mickky Pacheco. The judiciary is non-partisan. And if you feel so then you are free to transfer your case to some other court but mind your language while commenting on Judiciary,” said Judge Kalpana Gawas.
The Public Prosecutor today argued on the inclusion of section 341 in the extortion and assault case in which Mickky and Mathew Diniz are facing trial.
The case against the duo pertains to an incident at a casino in South Goa.
