Mickky gloating over Louis Berger scam

MARGAO: “What goes around comes around. These people had trapped me in the Nadia Torrado case, saying she was killed.

Now they are paying for the problems that they created for me,” said Nuvem MLA Mickky Pacheco, who is serving a jail term for assaulting an electricity engineer.
Mickky was sounding quite confident this time when commenting on the Louis Berger bribery case. He added, “Let my sentence get over; I will say the rest later.”
Mickky had appeared in the court of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Margao on Thursday in connection with a casino extortion case in South Goa. However, Judge Kalpana Gawas was on a leave, and hence, the arguments on the co-accused Mathew couldn’t be heard.
Mickky’s advocate alleged that his client was falsely and with malicious intentions implicated in the case. He has prayed for Mickky’s discharge from the case.
Mickky wasn’t keen on speaking to reporters about any contentious issues after his last appearance at the JMFC. When pressed to comment on the Louis Berger case, he quipped saying, “Let’s wait and watch how it goes. Definitely there are good days ahead and we will all see it.”
