MARGAO, JULY 3 In a day of dramatic developments, former tourism minister Mickky Pacheco surrendered before the South Goa Sessions Court on Saturday morning, nearly a month after evading interrogations by the Crime Branch in the death of his close friend Nadia Torrado.
