Margao: The Maina Curtorim police have registered an offence against the driver of the mini bus Calisto Vaz for driving his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and causing injuries to five school going students .
Police said an offence Under Section 279 and 337 of IPC have been registered.
It may be recalled that five minor students of a local school were injured in an accident involving four vehicles, two minibuses, one alto car and a scooter which had taken place near Santé Mol Raia on Friday evening when students along with other passengers were travelling in these two mini buses.
The injured students were taken to South Goa District Hospital at Margao for treatment have been discharged, said police.
