PANJIM: The Goa mining matter has been reinstated on the board again for September 17.
According to the petitioner Goa Foundation, their lawyers have informed them that the matter is back on the board for 17th September 2013.
A ban on mining operations has been imposed in the State by the Supreme Court which is hearing a PIL on illegalities in mining, in the aftermath of the Shah Commission report.
