PANJIM: The Special Investigation Team of Goa Police, probing large scale mining scam, has approached the High Court of Bombay at Goa challenging Arjun Salgaonkar and Sameer Salgaonkar’s discharge from the case.
The Additional Sessions Court, Margao, in June, had discharged the two businessmen from the offence, chargesheet of which was filed in 2016.
