CANACONA: Three persons from Poinguinim have been booked for assaulting a minor girl over a property dispute, on Saturday.
Canacona police said that the mother of the minor girl complained that three of her neighbours for assaulted her minor daughter over a property dispute, on Saturday. Following this, a case was registered against three persons from Poinguinim village under Sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 352 read with Section 34 of Children Act. The case is being investigated by PSI Damodar Shirodkar under the guidance of PI Rajendra Prabhudesai.
