MARGAO: Akash Singh Nath, arrested by Margao police for allegedly kidnapping a 15-year-old minor girl from Aquem Margao, was granted bail by the Children Court on furnishing a bond of Rs10,000 with one surety in like amount. He was in judicial custody since his arrest.
PSI Viraj Pawer based on the complaint lodged by her father, has registered an offence under Section 363 for kidnapping and 8 of Goa Children Act 2003 against him.
