MAPUSA: Jagathgiri Gutta Police from Telangana had come down to Goa in search of a minor college girl who was reported missing from its jurisdiction.
The Jagathgiri Gutta police in coordination with Calangute police traced her after she used a bank card to purchase groceries from a supermarket in Candolim.
Based on the information, Calangute Police inspector Dattaguru Sawant along with PSI Kiran Naik personally initiated an enquiry at the Candolim area with the help of CCTV footage captured in the supermarket and thereafter followed the path on the presumption that the minor may have gone.
The missing girl along with a minor boy was traced at Candolim in one Guest house. Both the minor girl and boy were reunited with their families respectively in joint efforts of Calangute Police along with Telangana Police.
