PANJIM: Two unknown persons travelling on a bike snatched a mobile from the hands of a man at Per-Seraulim, on Sunday afternoon.
The victim was standing in front of High Tide Restaurant and near Mabai ground, when the two accused stopped in front of him and asked for directions and during that conversation, stole the phone. They then rode away to the road leading to Betalbatim. Colva Police are investigating the case.
