PONDA: On Paul Mathew (49), a resident of Silvangar in Ponda and native of Tamil Nadu, has been booked for house trespass and outraging the modesty of a woman. According the complaint filed by the alleged victim, on Tuesday at around 2.30 pm, the accused trespassed into her house and outraged her modesty. Incidentally, the accused is the tenant of the alleged victim. The police have registered a case under Sections 354, 448, 506 and 323 of IPC.
