MoEF Secy to be respondent to Shirgao PIL
PANJIM, ARPIL 27 The Bombay High Court at Goa on Monday directed that Secretary to Ministry of Environment and Forest (MoEF) Union of India be added as respondent to Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by villagers of Shirgao.
