MARGAO: The parents from Nuvem constituency on Monday submitted a memorandum to Nuvem MLA Mickky Pacheco demanding that he raise the MoI issue during the Assembly session.
They also demanded that the July 2014 cabinet note be tabled during the Assembly session and that a Bill be passed on the issue. The parents objected to the Advisory Committee which was set up recently by the government and demanded its dissolution. They requested the MLA that they be given the right to choose the MoI for their children.
