PORVORIM: Stating that the Lusofonia Games and IFFI are as important as public utility projects, Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on Sunday said the money spent to create infrastructure for sports and entertainment segments should not be considered as wasteful expenditure.Parrikar was speaking after inaugurating the fish and meat market complex at Mapusa.
