PANJIM: After almost two months of his entry into the BJP, Panjim MLA Atanasio (Babush) Monserrate has been rewarded with the chairmanship of Greater Panjim Planning and Development Authority (GPPDA).
The order was issued on Tuesday by Chief Town Planner (CTP).
Similarly, the CTP has also issued an order appointing St Andre MLA Francis Silveira as chairman of North Goa Planning and Devlopment Authority.
Cuncolim MLA Clafasio Dias has been appointed chairman of the Mormugao Planning and Development Authority.
There is no decision yet on the chairmanship of the South Goa Planning and Development Authority.
