The chaos and confusion
witnessed at the Manohar Internaitonal Airport on the day of the inauguration
of the first commercial flights was a blot on the face of Goa and Goa Tourism.
There were 13 meeting with taxi operators and still they were not given a counter
onthat day leading to confusion among air passengers to find taxis.
Stakeholders of the Mopa airport also said that land losers were not paid
compensation and on the contrary tourism and beaches were leased out to
outsiders.
