OLD GOA: A man from Morjim has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman at Carambolim on May 25.
In a complaint, the victim’s brother told Old Goa police that Kashinath Dhumaskar had wrongfully restrained and confined the victim and had sexually assaulted her without her consent.
Dhumaskar was also accused of capturing her images and threatening to post them on a social networking site, thereby defaming her image.
Old Goa police arrested the accused.
