Motorcyclist killed in accident

PANJIM, JULY 17
One person died in a fatal motorcycle accident near Heera petrol pump, located some meters away from the Panjim bus stand, late Saturday night.
It was learnt that the Panjim police control room received information about the accident at about 10:05 pm. A police team along with 108 Ambulance was immediately rushed to the spot but the victim reportedly died on the spot.
Sources however said the dead body was not attended to for quite some time.
Details of the accident or identity of the motorcycle rider was not known till mid-night. The body was shifted to Goa Medical College at Bambolim.
