PANJIM: Western India Shipyard Limited, an ABG Group Company, has signed a MoU with Top Oilfield Industries Private Limited, a Top Group company, which has an extensive oil rig repair business in UAE, for repair of deep water oil rigs at its yard at the Mormugao Port, Mormugao Harbour. The rig repair facility will be housed within the yard premises and will be named as Western India Rig Repair Unit.
WISL has repaired over 14 deep water oil rigs so far.
