Pernem police have arrested one Anil Rawat (21) years native of Madhya Pradesh working as a labourer and presently staying in the labourer camp at MVR Company Malpem Pernem for kidnapping the minor daughter of another labourer.
According to the information obtained from SDPO Sidhant Shirodkar, a written complaint was lodged by Mohammed Shamsher (39) labourer by occupation and at present staying in the labourer camp at M.Venkat Rao Infra Project Private limited Company Malpem Pernem and native of Begusarai District in Bihar that his minor daughter has been kidnapped by the alleged accused person.
Pernem police immediately registered the offence and a Team led by PI Vikram Naik and PSI Navin Dessai, LPSI Sumedha Naik, and PC Sagar Khorjuwekar apprehended the accused person at Gurgaon Haryana with the help of Haryana police and brought victim girl and accused person to Police station.
The accused is placed under arrest under section 363 IPC and section 8 of Goa Children’s act 2003.
