MPT: Environment protection steps not possible at mooring dolphin
PANJIM: Mormugao Port Trust (MPT), urging Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB) to grant consent to operate for its mooring dolphin facility for offshore handling of coal and other cargo, said that it is not possible to undertake any environmental precautionary measures for its functioning as it is operational in the sea.
