MARGAO: The sewerage department is gearing up to provide sewage connections to 195 households in the Ramnagri Co-operative Housing Society located in Mugali, Sao Jose de Areal.
This development has raised hopes among residents for a permanent resolution to the long-standing issue of their sewage leaking onto the roads.
Vivek Naik, a resident of the housing society, confirmed that they recently met with sewerage corporation officials, who assured them that the work on sewage connections would commence shortly.
