Mundkarial cases: Amendment in bill seeks speedy disposal

PANJIM: With the aim of providing immediate relief to mundkars from being evicted, government has introduced an amendment to The Goa Mundkars (Protection and Eviction) (Amendment) Bill, 2014, where pending cases have to be disposed of within a period of one year from receiving the complaint.
