Murder accused plead for bail

MARGAO, FEB 17 The four accused persons in the headless body murder case Jayesh Naik, Rajesh Naik, Govind Naik and Nitin Dicholkar have moved the court for bail.

The four accused persons in the headless body murder case Jayesh Naik, Rajesh Naik, Govind Naik and Nitin Dicholkar have moved the court for bail.
The Bail applications were moved before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Margao.
While confirming that the four accused has filed bail applications on Thursday, Maina Curtorim PI Sidhant Shirodkar said the police said the police will take an appropriate decision in filing the reply saying the JMFC court has no jurisdiction in hearing bail plea in a murder case.
Meanwhile, accused Jayesh Naik and his brother Rajesh has bee remanded to judicial custody after the expiry of their 14 days police custody
Meanwhile, PI Shirodkar informed that the manager of the Shri Swami Samarth Temple at Rumdamol housing board on Thursday handed over the keys of the Swift Dzrire to the police.
PI Shirodkar informed that one set of keys of the Swift vehicle were always kept in the Temple which has since been handed over to the police by the Temple Manager, Padmanaba Pai.
