MAPUSA: Anjuna police registered a murder case against five Bihar natives in assault case of an air conditioner technician Wasim Shaikh, who succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at the Goa Medical College and Hospital on Wednesday.
Natives of Mumbai, both the technicians were at a construction site, when some workers under the influence of alcohol came towards them and one of them started vomiting. When Wasim protested, all of a sudden, the accused assaulted them with fist blows and kicks. Wasim was assaulted by the workers until he fell unconscious.
