PANJIM: Directorate of Museums will celebrate Museum Week 2020 from January 6 to 10, 2020. This celebration, it is planned to organise a ‘Garland and Chaplet Making’ competition on January 9, from 3.00 am to 5 pm in museum premises.
The result will be declared and prize will be awarded on the same day. For registering, contact Directorate of Museums latest by January 1. Each participant can compete either in one or both the competitions, that is, garland and chaplet making.
The participant have to prepare these items in advance and bring them along on the day of competition by 3 pm only registered entries will be allowed to participant and on the spot entries will not be entertained. Entries are limited. A length of the garland should be two feet and that of chaplet should be 12 inches. Only natural flowers should be used. The decision of the judges will be final.
