MARGAO: Urfan Mul’la, and few other members of Muslim community strongly objected the proposed housing society in the land acquired for the kabrasthan at Sonsoddo, as memorandum in this regard has been submitted to the Margao Municipal Council, and South Goa Planning and Development Authority on Wednesday.
Speaking to media persons Urfan has also alleged that Fatorda MLA Vijai Sardesai and Margao MLA Digambar Kamat have fooled the people of Muslim community pertaining to Kabrasthan issue.

“We will approach the Chief Minister and TCP Minister and will demand revocation of the decision to allow housing project in the land acquired for kabrasthan”, said Urfan.
