QUEPEM: Earlier, none of the leaders believed in coming before the elections to show what he has done for the people and the State for what they are elected for and that is done it only under the leadership of Narendra Modi, claimed Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda in Quepem
Addressing the gathering, he said that thousands of people were present at the meeting which shows enthusiasm towards BJP party and local leader Babu Kavalekar.
He further said that when the Congress government was at the Center, it was making slogans and big promises but in next election with same propaganda but without fulfilling previous ones, he said.
Nadda, mentioned the development of the country said, “Now that it’s our government Chief Minister and a Deputy Chief Minister here can say with a thud that I have done this in our region and in the State.”
Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant, who was present on the occasion, said that there was a strange politics going on in Goa because some parties came with no ethics and wanted to establish their power without proper knowledge about Goa and Goan people.
Deputy Chief Minister Babu Kavalekar said, “Today, this huge crowd assures me that no matter how much the opposition accuses us, our party workers and supporters are standing firm with us, whether I am in Congress or BJP today.”
