SATTARI: Ganjem villagers have complained that the Nanus-Ganjem road dug by the PWD for the Opa water pipeline project has been in a deplorable condition for nearly six months.
They further claimed that road is in such pathetic condition that locals especially bikers cannot even commute along the route properly.
Ganjem villagers accused the PWD and Minister Deepak Pauskar of making their lives miserable by digging the road.
They said commuters are forced to go slow due to the pathetic road condition and added that the government could have completed the work before monsoon.
The government’s incapability to complete the road has left it in a deplorable condition; they alleged adding that during rains vehicles skid off the road due to the slippery conditions which could even lead to accidents.
The villagers have demanded that the government repair the road on priority.
