MARGAO: Arif Nachipudi, 21 and Saurarbh Sawant, 23 both from Dongrim, Navelim who were arrested by Margao police on Thursday, Jan 24 under section 509, 352, 506 (ii) read with 34 IPC and section8(2) of Goa Children Act, 2003 have been remanded for three days police custody when produced before JMFC, Margao, on Friday.
Police said both accused outraged the modesty of the complainant and her minor daughter near St Sebastian Chapel, Dongrim, Navelim.
