VASCO: Rajiv Kumar Kushwaha, CHEAA(R), a 33-year-old Indian Navy sailor, posted at INS Hansa, was found dead in the morning hours of Tuesday.
In a press note issued by the Indian Navy, the body of the sailor was found in the vicinity of a building under construction at the Naval residential area.
Goa Police is investigating the matter with the assistance of naval authorities. The sailor is survived by his wife and two children who were residing with him in the State.
