MAPUSA: The Nationalist Congress Party condemned the process of work in which the construction of new Mapusa Bus Stand is undergoing, claiming that it will be a total failure in future.
General Secretary of NCP Sanjay Barde said that amount sanctioned by Transport Department for construction of bus stand is only Rs 3.2 crore and the majority of which is spent for filling of mud.

At present, work of fitting of pebbles has begun which is similar to what the government has done at the Mapusa Taxi Stand which is believed to be a very futile.
