NCP forms two panels

The State Nationalist Congress Party has formed two committees namely finance and disciplinary at a recent meeting of its Executive Committee under the chairmanship of Jose Philip D’Souza.
The finance committee will be headed by Jose Philip as chairman and MLA Mickky Pacheco, Senior Vice Presidents Dr Carmo Pegado, Surendra Sirsat, Sangeeta Parab and Pandurang Raut as members.
Similarly, the disciplinary committee has Jose Philip as its chairman and Nilkant Halarnkar, Dr Pegado, Sirsat, Parab and Raut as members.
The  meet also decided to support leaders and workers in the municipal polls. Halarnkar, Sirsat and Salim Sayed have been given the charge of Mapusa, while Pernem will be handled by Jeetendra Deshprabhu and Sangeeta Parab. 
Mickky Pacheco has been given the charge of Margao. Quepem, Sanguem and Curchorem and Mormugao will be looked after by Jose Philip and Sheikh Iqbal. Charge of Canacona has been given to Ulhas Naik and Prabhu Moni.
