Nelly threatens to push for scrapping ZP
Even as the South Goa Zilla Panchayat passed a surplus budget on Tuesday, Chairperson Nelly Rodrigues has threatened to adopt a resolution at the next meeting to scrap the Zilla Panchayat if the government further delays in devolving funds and powers to the district panchayat bodies.
