A bus carrying workers to the Nestlé company met with an accident near the village of Van Maulinguem in Bicholim after the driver lost control of the vehicle. The bus crashed into a mango tree near the Forest Hotel. While a major tragedy was narrowly averted, several Nestlé staff members travelling in the bus sustained injuries.
