PANJIM: Goa Industrial Development Corporation (Goa-IDC) unveiled a new logo which encapsulates its renewed dedication to fostering industrial progress, embracing change and meeting the evolving needs of Goa’s industrial landscape.
The sleek design and vibrant elements mirror the forward-thinking approach of Goa-IDC, representing a bold step into the future.
The new Goa-IDC logo was unveiled at the hands of Chief Minister Pramod Sawant in the presence of Industries Minister Mauvin Godinho, Goa-IDC chairman Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco and others.
Goa-IDC also announced that INVEST Goa 2024 Summit, will be held on January 29 at Taj Cidade-de-Goa, Dona Paula. The event to be organised by the State Government in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as the national partner aims at fostering Industrial development and collaboration in Goa. The summit will highlight government policies, including the Goa Industrial Growth and Investment Promotion Policy 2022, Goa Logistics and Warehousing Policy 2023, Goa Electric Mobility Promotion Policy 2021, and Goa Startup Policy 2021.
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said, “The unveiling of the new Goa-IDC logo is a momentous occasion for Goa-IDC, representing not just a visual transformation but a commitment to growth and a significant shift in industrial policies. The emphasis on welcoming green industries is a visionary step, inviting prosperity and job security for our fellow Goans. I am confident that Invest GOA 2024 Summit will be instrumental in supporting the State’s endeavour to grow further through enhancing industrial engagement and constructively engaging with global stakeholders.”
Industries Minister Mauvin Godinho said, “As we forge ahead, the new logo serves as a beacon, signalling our dedication to fostering a business-friendly environment and propelling Goa’s industries to new heights. It encapsulates the spirit of evolution and resilience that defines our approach, reflecting the transformative journey that lies ahead for the industrial sector in Goa.”
Goa-IDC Chairman Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco said, “This new logo reflects the progressive vision of Goa-IDC and it is a symbol of our journey towards modernisation and sustainability. As chairman of GOA-IDC, I earnestly call upon the heads of various associations to join hands in fostering stronger collaboration for the advancement of industrial growth in Goa.
