VASCO: Vasco Councillor Tara Kerkar and chairperson of NGO Severa Trust has sent a notice to Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA), accusing it of failing to demolish a retaining wall and the RCC structure at a play ground at Khariwada-Vasco.
In her notice, Kerkar has stated that the National Green Tribunal (NGT), in its judgement dated February 6, 2013, had ordered the demolition of all RCC structures at the play ground, but the GCZMA had failed to do so till date.
