PANJIM: The North Goa Planning and Development Authority (NGPDA) has finalised and adopted map showing present land use for the planning area of Panjim (part) comprising of Penha-de-Franca village, which will be part of the Panjim planning area.
The member secretary of NGPDA has issued a public notice to this effect on November 22, 2023. Following inclusion of part area of Penha de Franca village in Panjim Planning area, the NGPDA has prepared land use map and land use register showing present use of Panjim planning area (part) comprising part Area of the village in terms of Section 26 of Town and Country Planning (TCP) Act, 1974.
After placing the map before general public and local authorities for objections and suggestions, the NGPDA in its 92nd meeting held on November 10,2023 unanimously resolved to adopt the Land Use Map and Land Use Register with some modification in the Land Use Register.
