MAPUSA: Calangute police arrested another Nigerian national for possessing LSD and ganja worth Rs 1.6 lakh at Naikawaddo, Calangute on Monday, taking the total to eight this year.
In the narcotic raid, police arrested 28-year-old Christopher Onujgbo for illegally possessing LSD papers worth Rs 1.2 lakh and ganja worth Rs 40,000 in the international market.
The raiding team nabbed the accused near Dolphin Circle, Calangute. Police have seized scooter and mobile phone in possession of the Nigerian.
The accused is currently in police custody. PI Jivba Dalvi is investigating the case.
