Nigerian sentenced to rigorous imprisonment

PANJIM: The NDPS Court sentenced Nigerian drug peddler Felix Odede for rigorous imprisonment of five years in connection with 2014 drug case.

The Anti Narcotics Cell (ANC) had arrested Odede in 2014 with LSD. 

He has been also fined Rs 50,000, failing which will go three months imprisonment.  While on bail, in 2019 he was again caught with 8.542 gms of MDMA and 6.935 gms of cocaine.  He is involved in two other NDPS related cases.  The State was represented by PP Anna Mendonca and the accused by Adv Raju Poulekar.
