Lobo sought a period of two days to cover the dreaded potholes, but the contractor is yet to act in the matter. Incidentally, workers are seen engaged in road widening work close to the project site. “Today, the Circle of Dreams has become a circle of death due to laxity of the contractor undertaking the works. The project is a good idea, but not in the current state,” said Mapxekar. Lobo said the contractor’s supervisor has been directed to fill the potholes. “They will do it, give me two days,” Lobo told Herald.
