VASCO: Niz Goenkar Fauz (NGF), a Vasco-based forum, submitted a memorandum to the Chairman of Mormugao Planning and Development Authority (MPDA) bringing to the notice that their mails about several issues, which are addressed to the MPDA authorities, are not replied or reverted back.
Suresh Naik member of NGF along with other members on Wednesday visited the office of MPDA and handed over their memorandum to the Chairman Clafacio Dias.
In a memorandum, NGF has written that MPDA office computer with member secretary’s email id as mpdamembersecretary@gmail.com has been operated by the staff outside the cabin, which should not happen. This particular email ID should be opened by the member secretary on his computer system in his office and not the staff outside his cabin as per norms of Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
Furthermore, NGF mentioned that in the past they have made several complaints about various issues through mails but NGO has not received even a single reply from MPDA’s member secretary.
Therefore, NGF in its memorandum has demanded to provide a computer to the member secretary in his cabin.
