South Goa SP Abhishekh Dhania has allayed fears of child lifting by saying there is no such case, nor even a complaint in Goa for the last two years. He called on people not to either believe or spread rumours about child lifting. Over the last few days, panic has been created due to three such incidents where 3 persons were falsely accused of being child lifters. We have increased the vigil and police patrolling near schools, Dhania told the press on Wednesday.
