VALPOI: Goa Government have decided to give relief to the people in traditional occupations making five thousand One Time Settlement scheme (OTS) through the Social Welfare Department. Apparently 70 per cent people from Sattari qualify for this scheme but none got any form.
The department had issued 500 forms which has already finished.
“The people who work in government and private sector have taken all these forms,” complains one such expectant.
People are visiting Valpoi Deputy Collector office, to collect the form but officials but they are turned back saying no extra form available in the office.
