MOPA: With the government boasting of a state-of-the-art set-up at the Manohar International Airport at Mopa, the passengers were left out of their comfort zone as they complained of facing a host of problems including no seating arrangement, drinking water, etc, to name a few.
Even senior citizens had no place to relax and unwind as they braced themselves for the long wait for taxis.
The passengers, who arrived at the new airport, claimed that the services were poor to make them comfortable.
They complained that they were forced to remain standing at the exit point for a long time till the arrival of taxis. To make things worse, few people were seen sitting on the trolleys and in the beautification area.
The passengers complained that there was no drinking water facility or any store for people to buy even a bottle of water.
They said the airport lacked bins to dump waste as a result plastic waste including empty packaged water bottles carried by passengers from the flights, was found dumped in vases.
