PANJIM: The Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Panjim, Judge Artikumari Naik, on Thursday directed that a fresh non-bailable warrant be issued against a woman social activist for trespassing and assaulting Adv Aires Rodrigues.
The woman and three others have been charge sheeted by the Crime Branch under Sections 452, 341, 506, 336 and 323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code for trespassing into the office of Adv Aires Rodrigues at Ribandar and assaulting him on November 27, 2017.
