PANJIM: The 16th general body meeting of North Goa Zilla Panchayat was held at conference hall of the Secretariat, Porvorim. The meeting was chaired by President North Goa ZP Ankita Navelkar. Vice-President Vassudev Korgaonkar and other ZP members attended. The meeting discussed about allocation of funds to be utilized for undertaking various developmental projects in North Goa.
Earlier, the meeting approved the minutes of the last meeting. CEO Dasharath Redkar coordinated the meeting. The meeting unanimously passed the resolution of congratulation tabled by ZP member Dhaku Madkaikar who congratulated the former North Goa ZP president Jayesh Salgaonkar for being inducted as a cabinet minister.
