MARGAO: The BJP backed Margao Councillor Rupesh Mahatme has said that the BJP councillors never stated that they would join with the Congress group. He also said that they don’t have numbers and won’t recommend any candidate for the chairperson’s post.
Mahatme said that group 14 was formed on the demand for procedures for installation of Dr Jack Sequeira and also for the naming of the roads.
