PANJIM: A week after the Congress served notice for removal of the Speaker, the Speaker himself has sent the notice to the Advocate General for legal opinion, sources said.
Last week Congress MLAs served a notice for removal of Dr Pramod Sawant as Speaker of the Goa Legislative Assembly. Sawant had said that the notice is not as per the law as the Legislative Assembly is not in session.
