NSUI demands judicial inquiry into JEE Mains exam paper leak

PANJIM: The National Students’ Union of India (NSUI), Goa unit on Monday demanded a judicial inquiry into JEE Mains examination paper leak.
The NSUI has sought an inquiry under the supervision of Supreme Court Judge.
President of NSUI Goa Naushad Chowdhari informed that the Central Bureau of Investigation has registered a case against a private institute on the allegations of committing fraud in the conducting JEE (MAIN) exam 2021.
“The primary demand of the students’ organisation is to conduct an inquiry under supervision of a sitting Supreme Court judge as this is certainly a matter of future of young students and aspirants of the country. If this issue is not resolved timely, it will create restlessness and doubts among the student fraternity about the exam conducting bodies,” he said.
The NSUI alleged that since the Narendra Modi government came to power there has been constant ignorance of the student issues which is now resulting in the paper leak of such prestigious examinations like JEE.
Naushad has also demanded the resignation of the Education Minister on the moral grounds.
